Ross Township Park – Gull Lake

Hours: 9:00 AM to dusk each day in the summer.
Size : 2,000 acres
Max depth: ~129 feet
Average visibility: 20-30 feet
Bottom: Shore line mostly sand, Silt and loose pack on and beyond the slope.
Fish: Bass, blue gills, trout, yellow perch and sun fish. Various types of underwater weeds and vegetation and does have zebra mussels.
Bottom Structure: In 2015 items included car frame, 40′ of RxR tracks, u/w talking tank, large wooden sail boat , ice boat, other smaller boats, motorcycle, side car or aircraft drop tank, sound/telephone booth, ice shanty with scuba Joe on its roof surrounded by benches and campfire, small wooden Indian , Subway sign with sponge bob sitting on top, steel mesh platform, large metal shield or dome and other small items.
Parking: All day Parking fee is $5.00.
Annual park sticker is available for out of Township Residents $25.
Note: The park has bathrooms, picnic tables, and grills available. Reservations cannot be made for the park for special parties, it is a first-come first-serve basis.
- No Lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.
- No alcohol, pets, boat trailers, tents, house trailers, or nudity.
- No trespassing after posted hours.
- Swim within marked swimming area only.
- Fines for violations $75.
